Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Students enrolled in university general physical education classes (Practical judo classes). 2 Written informed consent after explanation of the study procedures and risks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Person with a history of head and neck position-related illnesses.
