Inclusion criteria: Hospitalized patients of aortic aneurysm and aortic stenosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under using prednisolone, Cancer patients under treatment, Psychosis and dementia patients

The evidence of the involvement of somatic gene mutation in the pathophysiology of aortic aneurysm and aortic stenosis.
