Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with kyphosis posture who are or will be visiting research cooperation facilities nationwide 2)Rehabilitation visits are possible once a week or more and for 3 months 3)Persons aged 60 to 89 at the time of consent acquisition 4)Indoor walking can be moved independently 5)Has exertional lower back pain (lower scapula angle to iliac crest) associated with forward tilting of the trunk during standing and walking 6)No symptom of the past month, no obvious change in ADL, no suspicion of acute inflammation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)When there are obvious lower limb neurological symptoms that exceed low back pain (especially when the trunk is extended) 2)Strong pain due to severe lower limb arthropathy 3)Acute phase of osteoporotic vertebral body fracture and prolonged healing / union failure / nonunion (oldness is indicated) 4)Bone kyphosis / ankylosing spondylosis (DISH, congenital, post-infection kyphosis, etc.) 5)Spine instrumentation surgery history 6)Medical comorbidities (cardiopulmonary disease, etc.) where exercise may be contraindicated 7)Dementia makes it difficult to perform exercise 8)Neurological disorders such as Parkinson's disease 9)Mental illness (including those judged to be strongly involved in psychosocial factors) 10)Collagen disease 11)I can't get consent
