Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The following cases will be excluded from the population of patients with head and neck trauma who visited the medical institutions participating in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a) Patients with severe head injury with GCS <13 (b) Patients with trauma other than head injury with Abbreviated Injury Scale > 2 (c) past medical history of head trauma with intracranial injury, history of skull and intracranial surgery (d) penetrating trauma (e) Pregnancy (f) Patients who refused to participate in the study

Death or hospitalization for more than 2 days requiring surgery or ventilatory management within 24 hours.
