Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (including bronchial asthma) 2. Patients with consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot respond to pulmonary function tests, questionnaires, etc. 2.Patients with lung diseases other than COPD and bronchial asthma (e.g., lung cancer, interstitial pneumonia) 3.Patients deemed ineligible by the attending physician 4.Patients who could not give consent.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Lung function (lung capacity, effort lung capacity, forced expiratory volume in 1 secon) by smoking group before and after inhalation of bronchodilators in COPD patients

1. Acute exacerbation 2. Subjective symptoms (cough, sputum, dyspnea, etc.) 3. Clinical score: COPD Assessment Test (CAT), mMRC 4. Chest CT: emphysema score: Goddard score
