Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Persons 65 years of age or older who intend to receive the testament trust services at the bank.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who score 20 or below on the HDS-R and are judged by a notary public to have no capacity to make a testament.
