Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who use day care at least once a week. Those who are deemed by the physician to be able to participate in each program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are certified as requiring nursing care Those who are unable to understand the content of the research Those who are unable to voluntarily express their willingness to cooperate in the research.
