Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cleft lip or cleft lip and palate patients performed by Millard + small triangular flap method for the skin incision. Patients in which orbicularis oris muscle reconstruction was performed by use of the basket-weave method or the conventional method. Evaluation period is more than 5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases in which revision reconstruction of the orbicularis oris muscle were performed after primary repair.
