Inclusion criteria: Pediatric patients with various obstructive condition in pulmonary vasculature with oral and written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases who have significant pulmonary stenosis Cases who are considered inappropriate for this study by the principal investigator
