Inclusion criteria: -Those who meet PD diagnostic criteria for MDS. . -Those who can give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Visual or hearing impairment that would limit participation in the study Cognitive function (MMSE less than 8/30) is impaired. With Dementia with Lewy Bodies
