Interventions

For 12 weeks, seven types of hand dexterity training conducted every day-to-day. control group were to spend the usual daily life during intervention period.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 years or older 2. Who are not prohibited from exercising by a doctor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. MMSE score <=26 2. Left side of dominant hand
