Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Persons 65 years of age or older who are receiving or intend to receive deposit/trust transactions and testamentary trust services at the bank.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who score 20 or below on the Hasegawa dementia scale revised and are judged by a notary public to have no capacity to make a will.
