Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients diagnosed as one of the diseases shown below. probable or possible IDCA probable or possible MSA-C SCA6 or SCA31 confirmed by genetic testing (2) age over 20 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who cannot visit a hospital or clinic regularly (except those who are hospitalized) (2) patients who cannot communicate with the physician (3) patients who have cerebrovascular diseases or orthopedic diseases which disturb their ability of daily life considerably (4) patients who have severe chronic heart failure, liver failure, or renal failure (5) patients who are judged as inapplicable for the study by the physician
