Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients 20 years of age or older at the time of mitral valve plasty or mitral valve replacement (1) Patients who underwent cardiac MRI prior to mitral valve plasty or mitral valve replacement (3) Patients for whom written consent has been obtained by the individual

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients taking steroids, autoimmune diseases, undergoing treatment for cancer, or suffering from hepatitis B and C viruses (2) Other patients who are deemed inappropriate by the physician in charge of the study
