Inclusion criteria: 1. Right-handed healthy people 2. Those who gave a written informed consent based on own their will

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The trait anxiety score of State-Trait Anxiety Scale-Form JYZ is less than the lower 30 percentile of the standard score 2. History of brain disease, head injury, psychiatric disease, cardiac disease, and respiratory disease 3. Experience of symptoms such as breathlessness and dizziness by slow paced breathing 4. Taking medication that affects the autonomic nervous system 5. Neurological or visual disability that interferes with the performance of tasks
