Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: college students who had played basketball in junior high and high school clubs and youth sports teams for over 3 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of low back pain within the previous 12 months history of lower extremity injury that required treatment or which might have inhibited performance within the previous 12 months history of spinal surgery or lower extremity surgery
