Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eighteen female students (20-22 years old) attending University A in the Kinki region, who had no exercise habit, were selected. Definition of exercise habit: "Those who exercise for 30 minutes or more at least twice a week and continue to do so for one year or more" as indicated in the National Health and Nutrition Survey.

Exclusion criteria: Healthy person
