Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed as requiring the enteral nutrition The first attempt for insertion or the replacement of the inserted enteral feeding tube at intensive care unit 2) Patients who have had abdominal radiographs or CT scan within 1 year prior to enteral feeding tube insertion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have an enteral feeding tube inserted or gastrostomy, enteric fistula) in place prior to admission 2) Patients with ileus, severe diarrhea, gastrointestinal bleeding, infection of the gastrointestinal tract
