Respiratory indices SVC (P = 0.0001), FVC (P = 0.009), FEV1 (P = 0.006), PEF (P = 0.003), %25-%75 FEF (P = 0.0001), MVV (P = 0.011), and VO2max (P = 0.046) There was a significant difference in the group of respiratory muscle exercises. But in the endurance training group, there was a significant difference only in MVV (P = 0.024) indices.
