Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At the time of initial examination, periodontal histological examination (evaluation items: PPD, CAL, BOP, Plaque Control Recode) is performed on patients with moderate or excessive gingival bleeding (20 or more remaining teeth, 10 or more periodontal pockets of 4 mm or more and 30 BOP positive sites).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons with missing teeth
