Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selection Criteria 1) Patients diagnosed with COVID-19 based on a positive SARS-CoV-2 PCR performed on nasopharyngeal or salivary specimens. (2) Patients who have agreed to the use of residual specimens for research purposes according to the opt-out statement posted on the hospital's website. (2) Patients who have agreed to the use of residual specimens for research according to the opt-out statement posted on our website.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria (1) Patients whose consent cannot be obtained from the patient or his/her representative. (2) Patients who are judged to be unsuitable as subjects by the principal investigator or sub-investigator.
