| Patients group are divided into caffeine and non-caffeine group. Patients in the caffeine group take coffee (caffeine 222mg) before coronary angiography to make coronary microvessels spastic. In middle to severe stenotic lesions on the coronary angiogram, we conduct coronary pressure test. After FFR test using intravenous adenosine infusion, we add intracoronary nicorandil injection to induce maximal hyperemia. We evaluate the coronary microcirculatory condition using the coronary pressure test data and the character of distal coronary pressure curves. | — |
