Conditions

The purpose of this study is to examine the differences in the effects of amino acid administration on sleep, amino acid metabolism, and oxidative stress between different ages, and to investigate the differences in the effects of age on these effects, in order to solve both the problem of sleep and the nutritional deficiency caused by the lack of protein in the morning.
