Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetic patients who had newly prescribed pioglitazone from October 2015 to September 2020

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refused to participate in this study

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The changes of liver enzymes such as AST, ALT and g-GTP in three months after the administration of pioglitazone

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The changes of HbA1c and FIB-4 Index in three months after the administration of pioglitazone
