Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The caregivers of patients who attend each 6 facilities from May,2011 to October,2011, and need to attend them and can attend them for 24 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The participants for the other RCT.

Unscheduled urgent care visits due to asthma exacerbation.
