Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Study subjects aged 20-40 years who can perform 10 squats without help and without interruption, or 41-70 years who have STBLS score not equal to 2 - Research subjects must be able to participate in the experiment for 4 months (16 weeks). - The research subject must be able to give written consent to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Study subjects who must undergo treatment of their lower extremities for the next 4 months - Those who have undergone knee joint replacement surgery - Those with an STBLS score of 2 - Those who cannot do 10 consecutive squats (20-40 years old) - Those with a history of knee joint pain - Pregnant and lactating women, women who may be pregnant or who wish to have a baby - Persons who participated in this study as researcher - Those in whom the researcher and the research subject have a faculty-student relationship, and in whom the student has an interest, such as attending a lecture given by the principal investigator or research subcontractor - Others who are deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator or sub-researchers.

| The main evaluation parameters in this study are obtained from the skeletal data acquired through the depth camera. By converting these skeletal coordinates into velocity data, we can measure the tremor of the research subject during the experiment. The main evaluation parameter obtained from this data is the knee tremor in the horizontal axis, i.e., how much movement occurs in the knee joints in the left and right directions of the research subject's body. The effect of malaise can be measured through the tremors induced in the body. Center of pressure (COP) is an ideal measurement parameter, but can only be properly measured using a force plate. Therefore, since this study is live streaming skeletal data of the lower extremities, we find that knee tremor is the best measure to identify fatigue. | — |

| There are several secondary endpoint parameters. These parameters are mainly used to assess the motivation, stress, and physiological levels of the study subjects during the experimental sessions. Since one of the main objectives of this study is to promote exercise with positive motivation and stress reduction, these parameters will be helpful in that regard. The physiological parameters include: - Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) - Heart rate - Body temperature Motivation cannot be measured quantitatively, but will be measured using a subjective questionnaire. Another secondary parameter is - Using a force plate to measure center of pressure (COP). This data will also help us to find any changes in body stability as the experiment progresses. | — |
