Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A male athlete belonging to the Nippon Sport Science University Golf Club. 2. Subjects giving written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subject who are allergic to gelatin. 2. Subject who takes health foods such as pharmaceuticals and supplements that may affect blood glucose response. 3. Smoker. 4. Subject who has been judged by the investigator to be inappropriate to participate in this study.
