Inclusion criteria: Staff of home-visit nursing stations that provide home-visit psychiatric care in Yamaguchi, Miyazaki, and Saga prefectures, which are considered to have problems in the period of hospitalization at psychiatric hospitals and support for transition to community life in the Yamaguchi region of Kyushu.
