Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases scheduled to undergo routine colonoscopy Cases over 20 years old at the time of diagnosis Cases in which consent was obtained after receiving sufficient explanation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases with a history of colectomy Cases that cannot be sufficiently observed due to poor bowel preparation Cases of inflammatory bowel disease, familial adenomatous polyposis, and other polyposis Cases with difficult deep insertion Case of gastrointestinal bleeding for the purpose of endoscopic hemostasis In addition, cases that it is not suitable for a safe examination method
