Work-Life Balance and Burnout Management

Interventions

The REOHC-Treatment manual has 24 sessions with 12 weeks. Each treatment session lasted for 1hr The no-contact group received no treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants wholeheartedly consented to the programme by completion of interest form. The participants who are registered teachers. They must display work-life imbalance such as (role conflict, behavior problem, and negative attitude.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Teachers with pronounced devastating health were not included Teachers that are not up to months in active service were not included Teachers who are on leave were not included Teachers that are undergoing counseling treatment
