Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients under 5 years old (at the time of surgery) (2) Patients who underwent surgery under general anesthesia (3) Patients undergoing MEP monitoring (4) Patients who have undergone spinal cord surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Emergency surgery (2) Patients with epilepsy (3) Patients with manual muscle testing (MMT) grade 3 or higher lower limb movement disorder (4) Patients who require self-control of urine (5) Patients with impaired consciousness (6) Patients who could not complete the operation for any reason, such as central arrest (7) Patients with psychiatric symptoms, such as severe mental retardation, who are considered difficult to participate in the study.
