Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who have been diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 2. Those whose medical condition is stable by standard treatment 3. Those undergoing respiratory rehabilitation 4. Those without factors or complications that interfere with the manual breathing assist technique

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with ischemic heart disease 2.Those whose spinal column and thorax are significantly deformed and cannot be placed in the supine position. 3.Those with osteoporosis with a history of compression fractures of the spinal column and rib fractures
