Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are expected to be hospitalized in ICU for more than 48 hours. Patients admitted on a day when measurement with flexible probe is available

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with thigh trauma or infection that makes it difficult to measure muscle mass by CT or ultrasound Patients using ECMO Patients with the possibility of pregnancy Second or subsequent admission to ICU in the same hospitalization Patients refuse to give consent
