Each patient is asked to draw a straw inscribed with numbers from 1 to 50 and is randomly given a registration number. Odd numbers are assigned to the PN Pro first group and even numbers to the PN Plu

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inpatients with diabetes at Diabetes Center, Ohta Nishinouchi Hospital in whom new treatment is started with insulin, GLP-1 receptor agonist injectable medication, or both.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients from whom consent for the questionnaire survey is not obtained 2. Patients with the following in whom self-injection is judged to be difficult Patients for whom insulin, GLP-1 receptor agonists, or both are contraindicated, patients with upper limb loss/amputation, contracture, neuropathy, past arthroplasty, arthritis, joint deformity, history of severe functional disorder, or concurrent dementia or psychiatric disease.
