Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with hip fracture and have been discharged at home. Inclusion criteria: Whose patients or caregiver Agree this study, and whose general symptoms are stable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A person with dementia or higher brain dysfunction.
