For twenty four weeks, we will provide a target step count, a pedometer, a step count notebook, and a step count management application to encourage an increase in the number of steps. Control

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on oxygen therapy Patients with clinically apparent asthma symptoms Patients with a history of exacerbation of COPD within 3 months Patients whose physical activity is extremely suppressed by diseases other than COPD (neuromuscular disease, severe osteoarthritis, active malignant tumor, acute myocardial infarction, etc.)

Primary

MeasureTime frame
compare the target achievement rate after 6 months between the intervention group provided with the target step count that reflect the pathological condition and the control group in the usual practice.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
difference of step count between baseline and after 6 months. comparison of various myokines between baseline and after 6 months.
