Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnant for primiparas from 32 to 36 weeks pregnant who can watch videos and participate in technical exercises while watching pamphlets with their husbands or partners. It is possible to understand Japanese, and to answer the attributes of the subject and the first time, 1 month after giving birth, and 3 to 4 months after giving birth. Pregnant women who understand and agree to the purpose of the research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who are told by a doctor about imminent premature birth, hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, etc. Pregnant due to infertility treatment Those with fetal abnormalities
