Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Written consent must be obtained from the subject himself/herself prior to participation in the study. (2) Age, etc.: Middle-aged and elderly males living in Kakegawa City (3) Workers (4) Those whose working days are Monday through Friday, and whose holidays are Saturday and Sunday (5) Those who work during the day from morning (around 9:00 a.m.) to evening (around 5:00 p.m.) (6) Those who can take EEG measurements four times in three days each, for a total of 12 days (7) Must be able to check saliva twice a day, morning and evening, for 4 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who regularly use tranquilizers, sleep inducing drugs, or other drugs that affect sleep. (2) Smokers (3) Alcohol consumption during the study period (4) Those who are currently in a hospital and receiving treatment (5) Those who do not work at night (6) Others who are judged by the physician to be unsuitable for this study
