Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Cancer planned resection following preoperative therapies 2) Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ineligible for pre-habilitation with the following concerns severe heart failure severe dyspnea severe renal failure severe liver failure problem of oral ingestion problem to walk Active synchronous malignancy except for carcinoma in situ or intramucosal tumor after adequate curative treatment. Patients inappropriate for this study as judged by primary care physicians.
