Inclusion criteria: Advanced cancer patients hospitalized in the palliative care unit of Chiba Cancer Center to receive palliative care.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Head and neck cancer patients 2.Patients with tracheostomies 3.Patients with permanent tracheostomies
