Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy college students

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria are those with neuromusculoskeletal disease, those who have taken analgesics or anti-inflammatory drugs in the past 7 days, and those who have not been advised by a physician to exercise.
