Inclusion criteria: Healthy person with minor health complaints

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were pregnancy, breast-feeding, those who routinely used medical products, GABA supplement and intestinal regulator, those who will alter lifestyle during test, those who have allergy to wheat, those who have trouble on constipation.
