Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet either 1 or 2 below are eligible. 1. ENKL patients who were diagnosed between January 1, 2014 and December 31, 2021 at participating institutions 2. Patients who were enrolled in NKEA Part A

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with one or more of the following are excluded. 1. Patients who were diagnosed as not ENKL based on diagnosis-related information or central pathology review 2. Patients who refused to consent to opt-out
