Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A candidate district was selected in consultation with the Regional Comprehensive Support Center in the flood inundation area in the city and the community / health and welfare support team in the city. Next, a nurse who lives or works in a school district that has been approved by the representative of the main community organization of the school district to cooperate in the development of disaster mitigation nurses in the town.
