Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (following the criteria of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition) 2) 18 years of age or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Inability to provide informed consent or complete the survey per physician's discretion
