Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Terminally ill patients hospitalized in palliative care unit (2)Patients with palliative prognostic score over 4 points (3)Patients with written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients with head and neck cancer (2)Patients with tracheostomy (3)Patients with permanent tracheal foramen
