Interventions

Participants consume a test food and then take a DVT task and Uchida kraepelin test. Participants consume a placebo food and then take a DVT task and Uchida kraepelin test.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy participant 2. A participant who can keep a calorie restriction during the trial 3. Not taking any medications during the trial 4. A participant who can get enough sleep the day before the trial 5. Not suspected COVID19 infection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A participant who is determined to be hard to continue the trial from the questionnaire results 2. A participant who are not measured cerebral blood flow correctly 3. A participant who is determined to be hard to complete the tasks
