Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiovascular disease between the ages of 60 and 80 2. Patients with cardiovascular disease who can understand the content of exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart disease who have difficulty walking with strong pain in the knees and lower back 2. Walking is stopped by the doctor 3. mental illness 4. Cognitive function is impaired 5. Already walking in multiples
