Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Assessement within 24 hours before or after ICU discharge after ICU admission more than 2days. 2. Consciouness (obey the order of De Jonghe criteria more than 2 out of 5). 3. Two observers can assess the physical function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. consciousness disorder including central nervous disorde or deliriumr. 2. Short prognosis expectation at the ICU discharge.
