Interventions

The care staff builds a team and uses the Himotoki Sheet to formulate a care plan from the perspective with dementia. The care staff will implement the care for one month according to the care plan.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Persons with a diagnosis of dementia. -Persons with a total score of 3 or more for severity on the BPSD+Q. -Persons with "Criteria for determination of the daily life independence level of the elderly with dementia" rank 2a or higher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Persons with "Criteria for determination of the daily life independence level (bedridden level) of the elderly with disability" rank C or higher. -Persons unable to communicate. -Persons on tube feeding.
